We will gladly accept returns in accordance with the following Return Policy since we want to make sure you're completely satisfied. Items that are wrong, damaged, or defective.
Obtaining a return authorization number is necessary for all returns and exchanges, which must be pre-authorized by our Customer Services. If you would like a return authorization (if available) and instructions, please email us at info@husnemina.com.
You must have bought the product from us through www.husnemina.com.
- We will not charge any restocking fees or other fees associated with the return unless you received an item from us that was damaged, defective, or the incorrect item was supplied to you. You will also not be charged for the cost of return postage. Additionally, you will get a complete refund for the product in accordance with our return policies.
- If you want a refund, you must send the item back to us within 15 days of the day we gave it to the shipper so it may be sent to you, unopened (unless you received it in a damaged or faulty state), in its original packaging, with all accessories. Additionally, you must adhere to the return procedures listed below.
- Except in cases where you got the item broken or defective, we cannot take things that have been opened or used returned.
- You won't get a refund for things that are returned damaged or defectively without their original packing.
Other Returns:
All returns and exchanges necessitate a return authorization number and must be preauthorized by Customer Services. For instructions and a return authorization (if applicable), please email info@husnemina.com. You can also speak with a customer service representative there.
Return Policy:
The following criteria will apply whether you are eligible for a reimbursement in connection with a return:
- All returns and exchanges must be allowed inside 24 hours.
- All returns and exchanges must be allowed in advance by Customer Services and include a return authorization number in order to be processed. Send your order number to info@husnemina.com so we can send you a return authorization (if you qualify) and instructions.
- In the event that you are qualified, Customer Services will provide you a link to a return label, which you must print and attach to the box.
- Put the item(s) you're returning safely in a box of the right size, together with a copy of your original packing slip.
- Attach the return shipping label to the package.
- A refund will be granted in accordance with our below-listed refund procedures when we receive, examine, and process your return.
Refund Policy:
The following criteria will apply whether you are eligible for a reimbursement in connection with a return:
- The payment method you used to make the purchase will be utilized for your refund.
- The amount refunded will be the purchase price you paid for the returned item, plus any applicable sales tax (which represents the amount of any discounts, promotions, or coupons that you received).
